Afternoon.
My name is Tom, and I hate poi.
I'm from the wonderful town of Huddersfield in Yorkshire, and attend the University of Hull with loves_the_circus and Nucleopoi. I enjoy the fondl... juggling of balls, and knocking a flowery stick between two other sticks. I'm really very good. :|
I have to thank/curse loves_the_cirus for getting me into this object manipulation stuff, as now I'm addicted.

hail lemonkey (i agree poi is bad) i've been wondering for ages if you were a lemon-key or a le-monkey welcome to another ape.
(my name also pronounced monkey as in gorkys zygotic) A couple of balls short of a full cascade... or maybe a few cards short of a deck... we'll see how this all fans out.

Strange children? I'm 20...
At first I thought poi looked cool, but after a while everything seemed the same. There's not as many variations as you'd find with maybe... juggling. There's a HUGE number of siteswaps, body-rolls, etc you can do with juggling, but poi seems limited.
