Hey all well i decided my intro thread kinda sucked so though i'd redo it!and instead of all the rubbish i wrote in the last one i figured i could also use this as a wee diary aswell!

Anyay, its wednesday,3 days after fal4 and i'm still recovering!Had such an amazing weekend, and met soooooo many lovely people(you all know who you are),and at the mo i'm sat at me bros pooter, bored, waiting for brad and mags to pick me up to take me to tonights eden gig(they're late as usual-no suprises there!).

Started talking to my boss today(i work at a design warehouse) about the possibility of tarting up my morris minor with sum lettering and stuff,as i wann start up a sort of mini entertainment consultancy.....

Basically...this is the idea

I figured with minimal cost i could get sum advertising done(business cards, yellow pages etc.)to promote me and the guys that i perform with,in the hope that we'd get more regular gigs, and then i thought about setting up a website for said company...

However...then i thought people from all over the world are gonna see this and we're all down in cornwall....so here's where the idea comes in.... I thought that maybe we could compile a list of different hoppers no.s,from all around the country...abroad even...so that if someone called me up from say lancashire i could simply search thru the list and see whos closest!?

That way any gigs that us guys down here couldn't get to,wouldn't be completely lost and then everyone gets to make loads of money...WOOPEE!!!

Well its just an idea anyway but i'd appreciate sum feedback!

Love to all for today!!

Can you combine the good bits of your car with the good bits of your mate's car and create a hybrid monster that will get you there?

Or is tomorrow a bit short notice to manage that?

2bags used to be confused by my jokes. He's coming around now. He's laughed at least twice in the 11 months that I've known him...

cantus: i'm sure your jokes are most amusing, and if you ever say any of them loud enough for me to hear them i'll do my utmost to show my appreciation.

sure thing dude. as with many expressions it has its roots in the circus world. it was first coined by jugglers in the early eighties, then slowly achieved popularity with the rest of the population. simply put it means: "hello there dear boy, what the devil is it that you're juggling?"

not entirely sure how that was relevant to what we were talking about though. sometimes questions like that are best put in a pm biggrin.

really? did it involve humorously-shaped vegetables? i can't even recall you asking me the question before, never mind my answer. which falmouth was it, which day, about what time and what was i wearing?

maybe if you re-read my above definition while sitting outside a tent in a field full of dirty hippies spinning poi, it would better resemble your original memory? i think it's worth a try, before we start jumping to any rash conclusions.

i think you'll find that since we became engaged half of this thread became legally mine tongue. if it's okay with you i'd like to use that half to have a serious philosophical discussion with mr cantus on whether humour is subjective, objective or defective.

the alarming thing about that giraffe (to me at least) is that it's not a photo. It's hand drawn. That kind of talent scares me eek

The guy that drew him is fast becoming one of my favourite artists.

And I'm fairly choosey so that's high praise i think.
