Another Lost Soul here! Didn't realise someone else had the same nickname as me so this could get confusing!
Anyway, this LostBoy would like to say a massive 'ello to one and all and I look forward to exchanging tips and tricks. I haven't been doing poi long, but long enough to understand the basic principals (except the "beats" system) and I'm quick to learn.

Hmmm, where to begine (without sounding like a reply to a personal ad?? - "172cm, dark brown hair and eyes" etc lol)
Well, I'm 25 from London (born and bred) and have admired spinners for about 2 years. I got in to it at Reading festival and spent practically the whole weekend practicing - since then I take my poi clubbing (although they don't always come out - space and state providing) although now it's more a case of going to a park as I find it more relaxing.
What am I in to? I honestly really don't know. I like most music from Greenday to Boney M (there's a tune for every occasion) and same for films (although I'm partial to a bit of horror).
I don't like: taking life too seriously, sitting around for too long, arrogant people and head f*cks.
Other than that, I can't count anything out.

Am very looking forward to seeing them on the 18th June in Milton Keynes. I was trying to get hold of tickets for AGES but failed miserably.
Then, my brothers step-daughter was talking about it one night and I told them that I was disappointed in not being able to go. The next day I got a phone call from my brother saying that the two girls are going and would prefer me to take them (their young trendy uncle) than the other girls old dear. Bonus

I had the same problem coz they sold out so fast and brighton is a small venue , but I was so keen to go that I was willing to pay £150 for them on ebay!!!! Was well worth it tho,the energy on stage is amazing and Billie-Joe is just too cool!!!! That was way back on the 5th of Feb......

This summer, I will mostly be.....training and working. As it's my first year in the T.A. the training is pretty intensive but lets up by the second year. So, it means I've had to book 5 weeks off work this year already so no sunning myself on a gorgeous beach for me
Although, I am training for a week in Germany (near Paddingurn and Berlin for a day) in two weeks so at least I get out of the country for 10 days
Other than that, keeping myself as occupied as possible
What about you m'dear? Any plans for the long, hot summer? (Sorry, we don't GET a long hot summer over here :d'oh!:
