Well this is something I should of done way back in june but as i'm only on the net in work have only time to check my posts but seen as I didnt make it into work yesterday and may be getting fired in the morning I'd get who and what I am on here as quik as I can, plus UCOF Jon?? Who confused me with the name changing told me to and I'm the sort of guy who does what I'm told so here we are.

Ok I'm an ex scout leader who's up for anything a bit different for exercise be that crawling underground in the mud or dangling off cliffs its all good fun to me.

Got into Poi just before Glasto 04 then fell in Love and got obsessed at Glasto and havnt put my poi down since you know how it is the need to spin addiction!

Work wise I'm a corperate Slave and Ivs co-ordinator basically I copy paste and email its boring but it pays for me weed so I'm happy!

Erm what else can I say? Mmm I'm quite holy and love my mods my ears are my babies!
