"...be careful to check the amount of wick used, kevlar is very expensive so some people try and cut corners. Use only paraffin. Dip them in paraffin after use and keep them damp in a plastic bag and the wick should last a couple of years at least."

Is this for real?

people use white gas here a lot. there are a lot of threads here that talk about it. basicly, compared to parafine( lamp oil), it burns brighter, its easier to light, lower flash point, doesnt burn as long, fumes can collect and ignite. go to colemans website and request an msds. ive bought it in britain before.

MiG id love to have 10 other fire spinners locally to split a 55 with. hell, id just love to have 10 other spinners. where does a person store a 55 drum? i cant imagine it would be safe outside and im not sure my roomates would like the idea of 55 gallons of flamable liquid sitting in the garage. what i really need is a big house with 10 spinners for roomates. problem solved.

if anyone orders Merlot, i'm leaving.
