Sorry to hear that Jem hug

Jon- really sorry about last night mate- I was in one hell of a weird place and just needed to go to sleep.

Last night was a bit of a rollercoaster, the big watersplash at the end being the development of a migraine, which I haven't had since I was about 16: blurrry vision, headache, lack of balance, and as Hyperlight found out, a complete inability to string a sentence together when tying to do 2 things (read from an email and talk on the phone).

I think it was probably a combination of sleep depravation and anxiety, I'm feeling better this morning (relatively speaking).

Considering how many good friends I have made from spinning over the last few years, i really should get my arse into gear and get visiting people- new Tom Tom for my birthday should sort that out nicely smile

Thanks for all the really nice comments- I've realised that with just a bit of effort I have so many friends out there that I needlessly neglect- No longer smile

I'm really lucky to have you people in my life, and I'm really grateful for all the messages, calls and IMs.

I'm getting there, slowly.

I watched a video of you today that I have embedded in my blog (I used you as an example of what poi spinning was for someone who didn't know) and it reminded me that I hadn't seen you in ages, and that reminded me that I missed you loads! So I came here to your dusty ol' intro thread to remind you that Jon and I miss you! hug
