hey. just figured i would post on here, seeing as im a newbie on the forums.
i mostly like to spin poi, have only been doing it for about 3-4 months now. im liking the meditating trance i kinda get into when i do it, it takes my mind off things.
i also try and do a bit of staff, but im pretty inept at the minute. can do a bit of basic staff spinning.
and im trying to improve on nunchaku and to get into 3 sectioned staff (or master staff as i have been informed it is).
anyone wanting to give pointers, advice or anything feel free
