hi all!
yes, i am bored! i am pretending to be a receptionist right now.
everyone else in the office has gone over to head office for a really boring meeting. i got out of it cos i'm the newest 
& i'm only on contract (which runs out next week! arg!) & they needed someone to stay here and answer phones til 4. it's now 3.27. i have been emailing and mucking around on the net for the last hour and a half! this should be all fine and dandy - except that the air conditioner has recently decided that it's not going to work (i.e. cool the place down) after say...midday.
which is really annoying. i'm in brisbane. it is currently 34.5 degrees celcius in brisbane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
and there isn't much of a breeze to speak of! ugh!anyways, i might go for a wander and make sure all the doors and windows are locked in the training centre bit...that could take up 5 minutes of my time!! woohoo!!!

I hear ya! I'm all alone in my office today because the rest of the company have been taken on a trip to Hayman Island. I didn't get to go cos I'm a (albiet long-term) temp.
Not that I'm bitter about it.
Today, I discovered, that I really can't muster motivation to work unless I have 1. people around to make sure I'm not bludging or, 2. a deadline I have to meet.

i just found out everyone else will be back soon! yay! that means i can go home!!!! i really better go lock up those doors and windows now!
