ive got my own heads, theyr beanbags with the nylon but recently (last nite) my silly chains broke! what should i use instead? ive got some rather thick nylon cord and its working so far but is there any specific knot type which is safer to use?

put your heads in a long pair of socks, stretch em out and off you go!
