Solve this:

A mass of 5 kilograms compresses a spring 9.8 centimeters from its
equilibrium position. The mass is attatched to a damper with coefficient F,
and set it motion from 5 centimeters above equilibrium with a downward
velocity of 10 meters a second. The system is acted upon by an external
force of 12cos(3t)+3sin(3t).
A) Find the position of the block at any time.
B) Determine the value of F where the system is critically damped.
C) Determine time T when the block passes through the equilibrium position
the 4th time going downward.

Basically you have something on a spring and you press down on it. You have to find an equation that satisfys its position at any given time.
