Do a couple counter clockwise btb-overhead-btb passes.
As stick leaves your left hand, bring said hand up to shoulder height, palm up. lock into place.
complete the rotation in right hand, but at top, blind throw into your pre-set left hand.
Catch, twirl out and act nonchalant.
Nice degree of difficulty-wow factor, and muscle memory actually does most of the hard work.
I find it to be a trust thing.
(first ever use of this thing, seemed appropriate)
