I learnt this a while ago, does anyone have a name for it??

when doing a airwrap your arms are at 3 and 9 oclock, but when the poi hitt it the center i elevate my right arm and drop the left, this creates a continual spinning circle you can then spin round counter rotating the way the pois have wraped up and they come undone , !! whaey

a spinny round spinny cirlcle majigg smile

I think that may be a 'Tangle Buzzsaw' or perhaps an 'Inverse Tangle Buzzsaw'. NOt sure but it sounds cool to me.

turn in the direction of the amr that drops a little... you'll do an airwrap in the buzzsaw position....

otherwise known as a tanlged buzzsaw....

lots of variations.

I think your talking isolated airwrapping there, with maybe some buzzsaw action (incedentally i find this 'buzzsaw tangle' expresion increasingly unsatisfying) in there too. welcome to the wibbly world of manipulating loops.

I prefer buzzsaw airwrap, but I always hear ppl refer to it as a tangle buzzsaw so I figure I shouldn't add more names to the mix with all the confusion about how its done...

kneed a term for when the poi are in a balanced state with one unwrapping and the other wrapping up therefore making a kind of equlibrium where both poi wrap around each other.

But on what side of the body are you wraping on...if it's on the left are you sending your arm backwards in mid wrap or are you continuing the wrap in a downwards movement on you right hand side??? ubbrollsmile

why not since thats what an airwrap does.. it never wraps because both strings momentum wraps and unwraps them simultaneaously.. confused

i think he means the point when the strings are 'schrodinger-ing' ie they are not wrapping nor unwrapping... like when you tangle buzzsaw but don't move out of the buzzsaw but it still stays schrodinger-ed for ever and ever.....

I think I'd be correct in thinking, having stumbled on this old post reading airwrap stuff.... that this move is now known as a Hyperloop.

just an FYI if anyone else falls in here smile
