Hey Everyone...
Just a few quick words to say hi and to introduce myself a little..
Well, im a 21 year old female who lives in Brisbane Australia but hails from Masterton in New Zealand..
I have been playing sticks for the past 7 months now, my friend Allie taught me and I love her for it. My fav toy is the short staff, although I have recently bought a new stick that has a lot more length on it and its been interesting to use the two... I also use poi and devil stix and can juggle like a demon...not... I work for an insurance company by the day but during my spare time I work in a lot of mystic fairs doing readings with tarot and palms and auras and such...My fav book is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas by Hunter S Thompson...and also a book Im reading at the moment called "Crossing Over" by john Edwards the medium guy off the telly... The highlight of my life to date was running into The Tea Party after their brisbane concert and hanging out with the drummer Jeff Burrows for beers... That was great.. I saw Tool play the other night and I can say without a doubt that the concert was one of the best I had been to in a long time..go if you get the chance...

Hey bam!! I found something that I would really like to send you because it suits you down to a tee...I will send you a pm asking for the new address to the palace...
arsn and I have set a goal to have tix to england by august next year.We wanna be there for christmas next year...we wanna see snow and twirl in it... maybe.
Last night we went to a wonderful birthday party at the beach here in palm beach and had the best time... the people were not afraid of expressing their love for the person whos birthday it was and everyone was telling her what an important part of our life she is and it was just the best warm fuzzys... I loved it...had to share the lovely buzz

Kia ora Valura, how are you? If you're still feeling ill I think you should try Una de Gato (Cat's Claw - powdered south american jungle vine!), if you haven't already. Went into the herb shop in Nimbin with a cold one day, and the cheerful hippy behind the counter told me to take some of this stuff. Perhaps I should have been more wary - he seemed almost DANGEROUSLY cheerful. Anyway, got back in the combi and headed toward Byron. Half way there I started sneezing so much I thought I might as well try this strange red powder he'd given me, so I had a big spoonful. My mate was driving, and we stopped at that lookout on the ridge before the highway - do you know the one? I suddenly felt AMAZING, so good in fact that I decided I just HAD to run the next bit... by the time they caught up with me I'd crossed the highway and was heading into Byron! The stuff is just super-powerful. Also, you should check out the new video on here, under "A new generation of Poi in the form of..." It's quite large, but it goes on for ten minutes and it's really good. Have you watched it already? It'll keep you entertained whilst you recover... Kia ora koe, e hoa

Oh your just lovely Joe!!! I can see that we are going to be very good friends and I cannot wait to meet you...I quite often take a day trip down to Byron and I can say that you sure ran a long way from nimbin all the way to Byron... not bad buddy!!! I might just have to try it!!!

Valura, wait until you're good and kaha before you go running anywhere! Hate to think of you coughing and spluttering along that highway... why don't you just drop into Nimbin and get some powdered jungle vine... or whatever that stuff was...
I'm looking forward to the poem. I have realised just how little Mäori I remember - being forced to use those online Mäori - English dictionaries to check everything. Gr. Wish I had a better memory. In fact, can't seem to remember anything since that guy in Nimbin... strange...

Anyway, I have written you a poem in Mäori, as promised / forewarned. It goes a little summin like this:
