Posted:Oh my god I'm SO frigging busy I haven't had time to catch up on my HOP threads in ages...Sorry if I missed anyone's insults or zingers aimed at me... Just wanted to post that I got a cheap pair of welding gloves ($6-10 US) and was amazed at how helpful they are for a safety to wear. Forget a towel! I can just grab my poi and put them out in my hands. OK, don't actually forget a towel but in combination with a towel they'd work great for safeties. I HIGHLY recommend them for any fire twirling posse to have. I also love the Welder's Arm Shields that Adam told me about on my other post. They work very well, I can hold my burning poi under them with not much heat passing though. Wraps are painless and "markless" aka burnless...I'm off to bed, G'nite!
Well, shall we go? Yes, let's go. [They do not move.]
