oh,also where can you get glow sticks from (for poi)but not have to buy in bulk,in the uk.cheers

You can buy glow sticks in those Club Wear shops that seem to be springing up everywhere. Alternatively try army surplus and/or camping shops. Also places which sell safety work stuff eg:Arco.
