You can watch it all on tv too. If you sit out in the garden, watching it and listening to the radio coverage, at high volume. Plus having some people with annoying accents yelling abuse at each other/shouting some well known phrase of the moment add infinitum, not very far away, you should be part way to acheiving the actual aural effect.
Then you need to eat expensive hummus/beans/wildly dangerous prawns/jacket potatoes/suspiscios burgers, you're well on the way to the full festival feel.

Just add taking an extra 40 mins to get any place and being unable to flush the toilet and you're there......

Roll on, as you quite rightly say, Glasto.

Oh and this year you should add a smattering of people who have seen all the spinners and thought that they "could do that".

Lots of plump people doing 2 beats and/or with comet tails wrapped round their bodies should do the trick....

All anti-glasto feeling is meant in jest by the way. Before anyone thinks I'm not 120% looking forward to it.

Just a bit of silliness for those that have experienced the festie vibe before.

Hello Miss Fairy..

just checking that all your exams are going well.. shouldn't they be all over soon? I'm so looking forward to seeing you at Glasto again - so we can stagger around arm in arm again, looking at all the strange people looking at us

I honour you as an aspect of myself..

You are never to old to storm a bouncey castle..

Hmm, I found this all the way back on page 7, I'm sure it shouldn't be there

But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

As I was taking the tube today I had to smirk a bit as I remembered sitting next to C@ntus and Ros.

Ros' warm smile and C@ntus' sly grin.... Is there anything that warms the heart more? Well maybe some of that Mead.

Smiles kids. All smiles.

Well, shall we go?
Yes, let's go.

Some place in the north with no net access.

I got a postcard from her this morning. She says she's having fun but gets woken early by the monkeys playing on the hotel roof.
