This week I have been mostly landing Glass's hand to foot flatspin contact. whoo hoo.

for me the key was to turn a little with the staff when its exactly on the middle of your back, this gives a nice little 'pause' for the stick to fall. lean forward a bit and dont turn too much and the staff will spin again, around the waist and down the leg. nice.

practice too just from simple neckwrap and also landing a few from flatspin on the back.

sorry, a highly technical post, but we kneed a little action round here.

love yer lumps,

Nix?

Would somone mind posting a deescription of the hand to foot thing? Or is it too difficult to describe (as some contact moves are)? I tried searching, but I could only find a couple of references, no actual description. Thanks in advance.

Mmmm, I get an error message. Something about cannot connect to source. I've actually got it before, so has Glass removed it perhaps? Oh well. Thanks anyway.
