Posted: Hallows Eve approaches... what are you going to be this year? Where will you be celebrating the spookiest night of the year? It's a Full Moon this year, you know... Come join The Cabiri at one of the best Halloween celebrations in town!~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~Wednesday, October 31All Hallow's EveThe Cabiri at Troll-a-gogoOn your way to the post-Troll celebration, you'll be treated to all kinds of performance and art installation, Fremont-style. Last stop before the Fremont Unconventional Center (site of Troll-a-gogo) is The Cabiri performance site! For Hallow's Eve this year, we tell the tale of Hecate, a cthonic goddess who stands at the crossroads. The performance will feature an invocation dance by students from our poi workshops. They've been working hard since July learning choreography and fire safety, and they're ready to show their stuff. We are so very proud of them. Then, don't miss Hicky (country/punk band gone wrong), Raqs Halim tribal bellydance troupe, The Cabiri trapeze performance, and headlining band Kultur Shock inside Troll-a-gogo, the main event. These shows will run from 9pm-2am.Visit the Troll-a-gogo website at: https://www.fremontartscouncil.org/troll-a-go-go/for more information. The indoor event is 21 and over and costs money, the street portion is FREE and all-ages. See you there!~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
