Posted:hi everyone!!i kinda need some help....i can't seem to figure how to do 4 beat windmills....where do i put those extra beats???i'm kinda gettin a little frustrated and the black eye i just gave myself isn't doin much for my moral at this point--hahawell its all good......could you guys gimme a hand with this? and maybe an ice pack :P
Posted:If you can do a 5 beat weave or a quadrople corkscrew, this move will come. The quadrople corkscrew is a 4 beat windmill in a different plane. go to poi-lessons and learn the quadrople cork, then stand up straight and do it like a windmill, it's the same movement with your hands. Good luck.Eric
