She got me Flowpoi from Flowtoys. They have a series of different settings. They are very pretty
Alarmingly it says on the paperwork that came with them that they are unbreakable..... I'm bound to prove that statement wrong aren't I

I think she really wanted to but aero techs but kind of got put off by the guy telling her that they kept breaking down and that was why they were only selling them to the UK market at the moment.

You'll need something to hang off. doorframes work, or underneath tables also works. Otherwise you'll have to find a kiddies playground!
pressups where you have your feet on an elevated surface. Makes them harder and moves the muscles groups gradually toward the deltoids.

So I'm supposedly 24 today... thou it's actually tomorrow...
I will be one year older! All in one day! Amazing!
I don't remember much of 20-22 so I don't know quite how I've come to be sooo old. Oh well.
