I can walk, just like a bit of a night fever style. Still no acro for me for a while. It's an overuse injury called jumpers knee. (patella tendonitis) where the muscles pull the tendon off the knee bone. But happily, going to the physio on friday who will probably look at me in horror and tell me not to do things....
