5) I have a website called: https://www.firestaff-tutorials.co.uk which has a forum too, and yes, you can bug me with your questions on there far more effectively than on hop.

6) I pronounce hop as hop not as homeofpoi or aitch oh pea.

7) There is no seven.

My favourate quote so far:

FRD: Staffer threads go off topic far more often than poi ones.

Seye: Its commonly known as 'Meg Shift'. As a topic comes into contact with Meg it shifts to the 'surreal or comedy' end of the conversation spectrum.

i was about to ask why nutmeg is one of your nicknames.

duh... rolleyes

i love nutmeg. i have liberal sprinklings in my coffee, on buns, ice cream and cereal. It kicks ass particularly with cinnamon.

(equal amounts of each is best, but cinnamon is usually ground finer, so a lighter sprinkle is required)

did you know nutmeg contains pschoactive compunds similar to THC?

or that Che Guevara and Malcolm X both used to ingest large quantaties for that very reason.

apparently a matchbox full with a glass of water was Malcolm Xs tipple.

i don't personally recommend it unless you want to test the effectiveness of your gag reflex.

Therein lies all my nutmeg knowledge. Enjoy biggrin

Well rob said it started on saturday! It's not my fault... And anyway, anything could have happened in the organising of it... A sudden catastrohpic breakdown in communication leading to it starting (hopefully) next week...

Anyway, Hey! Back from Londinium, hagged Simian for Kit, managed to learn back somersaults, and met Sebastien Foucan! Rock!

Best Weekend Ever!

Plus, had a fire on the train down, saw loads of jewish people on the tube, had the tube door wrenched open for me to get in, and didn't hurt myself.

Though now my body feels like it's been dipped in acid. Woo!

More back flips on tuesday! weavesmiley

don't worry, I wasn't at the peartree anyway. I was getting homemade soup, though I think that once you've made your own homemade soup, other homemade soup doesn't taste as good. Or perhaps it was becuase it wasn't made from homemade chicken broth...

Ah... Kids these days... In MY day, We had to hand rear five blind chickens, kill the scrawniest, pluck it, cook it on a hand built fire in a handmade oven, (from clay dug out of the backyard) then make broth with it. And if that wasn't enough, we reheated the leftovers in a microwave then had to hide the micro and bury broken pottery to confuse the time team!
