Seeking a Replacement
"Well this looked great, showed signs of material fraying after one or two uses. After 5 or 6 the thin metal bar that holds the dragon across gave way. I'm getting supportive responses from your tech team who are now offering to send a replacement, but that's been slow and I suspect there is really a design fault as opposed to one-off glitch."
