Don't get shipped to Canada!
"The shipping is an absolute nightmare.. I made my order on June 16th and am now arguing with home of poi and Canada post to see where it is on July 30th. I'm pretty sure I just wasted $160 ($40 duty+ cost of item) and am not happy at all. The customer service here went downhill big time!"

"This company has the worst customer service that I have ever come across. I have sent multiple emails requesting help but have been ignored. I want the item I have paid for which is in transit with no update for 9 days. But you won't even respond let alone follow up on where my order might be."

We received additional emails on July 23rd and 24th and responded on July 25th, confirming that the package had arrived in Auckland, New Zealand. Despite our efforts to reach out to the customer through phone and SMS, it seems they were not receiving our emails or messages. The order was placed on July 10th, shipped on July 12th, and delivered on July 26th. We did everything possible to assist this customer."

good but not great
"I purchased the LED rechargeable devil stick set. The control sticks are just a shaft of plastic and not very usable. The Devilstick is kind of thick, but the LED is very cool. The only problem is that within a week of playing with these, the silicone flower part started coming apart. When I reached out to HomeofPoi, the response was use some double sided tape and see if that works with no offer to repair or replace it. Since then, the end cap that holds the LED cartridge has torn, so I have to tape the end up every time I recharge the LED cartridge. All that said, I can't find any LED devilsticks at a comparable price point, and these are still very fun to play with as devisticks and for twirling. I highly recommend the rechargeable ones over the battery ones if you can get them."

Reply from Home of Poi: "Our hassle-free 12-month warranty does cover defects and malfunctions, unfortunately, it doesn't extend to damages caused by accidental breakage or misuse. As such, we wouldn't be able to provide a replacement or repair under warranty in this instance. "

"I ordered a Trix Stick for a friend. It came to the U.S. surprisingly quickly. He loves it. The batteries are easy to change, the stick has a nice sticky feeling that makes it easy to use, the weight is the same as my regular stick and the lights are beautiful. The price was right too. I was surprised I could get it so reasonably. I am very happy with this purchase. I would definitely buy again and I may. I am thinking of getting one for my brother for Christmas."

"These are my third flow prop i purchased and its my favorite now durable great flow and the lights are super bright only problem i had is the silicone on the center stick stretched out amd bunched up at the end but a few mins with a pair of scissors and it was back to like new!"

"A decent set of flower sticks. Im impressed by the led lights. Quite luminous and nice color combinations, and a good variety of settings. The sticks however are not the easiest ones to play with, they are not as sticky as the more expensive ones (obviously?), but all in all a great value for money. Would recommend."

"The quality of material is not the highest. It is a nice light set but the use of a fairly thin plastic has a decent amount of bend to it meaning if you try to catch the daisy stick near the end of your control sticks it bends back and rolls away from you unless you overcompensate. This does allow for some bouncy tricks off the knees and feet. The grip is decent although it's pretty thin so you don't get much impact absorption. The tassles slow the center stick just enough. LED - brightness is good. Options are okay. Main complaint is the 2 ends don't stay in sync. If you turn both ends on rainbow flow at the same time after about 30 secs they are on completely different colors. Not sure on battery life yet but 2hrs so far and no dimming. The center stick is a lot thicker than any I've ever played with but as I've used them more it's feeling more normal. Overall it's been worth it for me and I've gotten what I've paid for."
