"The service I had gotten was superb. I think it's easier to just show what someone of HOP said. 'I guess we cant always predict the future but we will always try to put things right when they go wrong.' 'Taking the stand we have is costing us sales at the moment but we would rather lose some sales than put people and property at risk from substandard hardware.' Just left the name out of who said it.
