They are a bit squishy. they are hard but not reeally. they are the 7 color fade rainbow poi they sell on this site. thanks for the idea. i think i may try that tomarow

Great DVD
"This was sooo informative. I found my first time spinning fire ever was with a friend who just handed me lit poi and held a wet towel. We really werent being safe at all. Now i know the proper measures and make the people who are accompanying me watch this first! Thanks HoP"
