.. i just busted out the poi again after a hiatus. I can feel the muscle memory. Its almost organic. But my planes are sloppy. Any body got a good plane practice thats not boring..
with practice in shortening your strings/socks/chains and plane control it is easy to transition into this from any of your weaves forward or reverse
ah the joys of move naming the confusion the arguements ..... but yeah as far as my opinion counts a meltdown is an alternating full body crosser with out a whole beat of said crosser b...
