This is a good idea but I've found that filling with dark sand works a lot better that any other filler. It doesn't leave any empty space and it's much heavier.

Review DVD - Fire training video
"Good Job! The information that was on the DVD was information that I already posess or have seen before but I plan on using it as a tool to educate others about the importance of fire safety. Ive taught a number of people how to swing poi and introduced a much smaller number of them to fire. A problem Ive come across which will come as no suprize to anyone on HOP is keeping people from Fire Breathing. Though I am a breather myself I always do so in a safe enviornment with a doctor at hand and with a vehicle available to have speedy access to a hospital if needed. As well all the other standard precautions. This aside I still try to keep people from breathing. The interview on the DVD will be a very helpful aid. Though I will be adding information of my own in instruction the fact that its available at all is a strong symbol to new spinners. Making such a resource availble to new fire players is fantastic. Im very happy youve gone through such trouble for our benefit."
