hi all been working on a new arm roll.... 'impossbile roll'its a roll from plam to inside elbow put your move your arm so the ball kinda orbits your arm on the way... make sense? help!!...

alright all? i'm in cardiff, used to spinn poi and staff but now i'm addicted to devil stick been doing it on/off for about 2yrs, also contact jugglers? same here...

anyone got anything really mad? i got a single-hand heli to under the leg roll over ankle and catch on the same stick! anyone tried that?(i'm working on a site... so ya'll can see that ...
