Ok, I have tried a ton of diffrent kind of cameras, and everyone just doesnt get any blur of my glowsticks/fire. What should I use to get the blur I want. . . (P.S. Still pictures, & moving video)

It sounds like you want a slower shutter speed. The longer the shutter stays open, the more of your movement gets captured on film, which creates blur. Any SLR (Single lens reflex) will have adjustable settings to get the effect you want. You've might have been using point-and-shoot cameras, which generally intentionally try to minimize blur.
Also, using a flash isn't going to do you any good unless you set it to a night shot setting, because the flash floods the area with light in order to minimize blur.

Can't say about video though, less experienced there.
