Posted: Hey all - lit a staff for the first time tonight and there happened to be a camera and I happened to get the video. Went immediately home and put the finishing touches on my own staff. I've been practicing for about eight months and do a lot of contact ball. Not really a lot of planning here; just kind of went with the flow.
After reviewing a couple times, here are my own self-criticisms:
-change planes more often -change directions more frequently -don't forget neck/shoulder wraps -more pronounced halos -complete the fixed-point isolation -breathe -uproot
More constructive criticism appreciated. Don'wanna be reinventing the wheel or getting stuck on plateaus if I can avoid it. EDITED_BY: Richard Hartnell (1267565712)

Posted: Changing planes - pah. It doesn't matter.
Change directions? Drew would be against it. It's called spinning, not stopping. (;) Devils advocate, do whatever you like)
I would say: Get rid of noodle arm / dinosaur arm. Get a better camera person. Good music, but no dancing. Don't look at the staff. It's not a ball, you know where it's going to fall off. Make the staff your bitch.

I spunked in my friend's aquarium and the fish ate it. I love all fish. Especially the pink ones. They are my bitches. - Anon.
