Posted: just 2 points - get your body up because this look in my eyes a bit stupid as you where spinning there. 2nd point is that you could learn to spin more slowly and try to get some transitions or combos - this just seems like oh I can play a 5btw and a 3btw and also reverse and a 4bt corkscrew and a 4bt windmill and and and ...

Posted: yeah i agree with Warri0r. you look a little off-balance, leaning forward as you drive the poi fast - slow it down, maybe try to keep your shoulders more relaxed - and possibly shorten the poi for some moves? then you can move with the legs instead of the shoulders. I like the horizontal under the legs tho! havent seen that in ages!
No air drumming - Bruford could change the timing up so fast you could snap your wrist!
Posted: Thanks for the advice I appreciate it, I have only been spinning since June so I am still learning a lot of things, though I have to do some work on my posture. As for the off kilter thing, it was a bit of a rought night and I was doing poi to take some of the edge off and just go zen for a bit ((Got in a very nasty argument with my grandparents))

Posted: Just Breathe.
Relax, and use the power that you poses. Don't let the poi control you, don't let the excitement of the fire control you, don't let your anger or frustrations control you. There is nothing zen about that.
Just breathe, and do what you know how to do. And then you will find your flow. And then you will find Zen in poi.
