My name is Darby, I am from East Texas and I come looking for help.
I began spinning poi a couple of years ago, never got TOO advanced. Enough to impress people, but I didn't learn any wraps or anything. After a year or two of not spinning, I have gotten back into it(damn, forgot that it was a work out) and I am looking to start learning advanced tricks once I get back up to speed with what I already know. And since I am the only person I know of in my neck of Texas that spins, I need to get some learning materials. Also need to get a set of practice poi(the socks seem popular) and I am thinking about upgrading from my beat up old cathedral poi.

I think just about every movie they did is out on DVD now.
I have been craving Ice Cream for about a month, I always forget to pick some up until its too late.
Mainly Gun Leather and Outdoorsy stuff. I am slowing getting into reenacting. Both Wild West Reenacting(More like Live Action Roleplaying but instead of foam swords, we use six shooters in a functional Old West Town), so for that I have been making holsters, and gun belts. And Also Buckskinning(reenacting the Rocky Mountain Fur Trade) so soon I plan on making some buckskin leggings, war shirt, hunting pouch etc. Mainly stuff I can't afford to buy, I started making lol.

Some day I am sure. I will be taking some pictures of the stuff I am working on now.
I was a theater kid in High School. I never pursued it out of HS though. Its fun, and I was told I was a good actor, but its nothing I wanted to TRY and make a career out of. Playing Cowboys for a weekend sounds fun though lol.
