Oggpoi - ?????

Flowpoi Duo - ?????

To explain MCD( micro / mega candela) is an unit
for luminous intensity.

Otherwise MCP, is a nice memeber.

Without knowing the size of the cone that gave those MCD ratings, the numbers are meaningless. Have a look at Linear1's site for more information.

What are you basing your guestimate for Hyperlights on?

I did some rough conversions for the other toys to put them into lumens with the following results:

Hyperlights: 100 lumens

Aerotech Ultimates: 2.68 lumens

HoP Lightwand: 1.71 lumens

HoP Beamers: 0.985 lumens

I'd take those figures with a pinch of salt... although my failing eyesight suggests there is at least an element of truth in them wink

Thanks, they are pretty bright then!

I was just basing it on this 'If you'd like a subjective opinion, I'd say Hyperlights are typically 4-5x as bright as most glow toys I've seen'
5000mcd being average glow toy
