I know theres loads of threads on these but i dont understand any of them really or the pictures/videos.

I was practicing btb weave and meltdowns yesterday and sort of did a btb weave but in front of me, if that makes sense?!

Is this what a waistwrap is? (a btb weave but at your sides , when looking forwards)
