Penguins have fishy breath.
Can we snuggle up like something that doesn't live on a diet of fish?

Only 4 days to go guys!
It snowed in sheffield last night, but only a bit. It's not too bad now, bright and sunny and hardly any wind. Not too warm though. I'd definately recommend bringing warm things and snuggling up like penguins
The marquee would be good for that, especially since IT'S GOT A BAR IN IT THIS YEAR!

mmmm i just bought the hot water bottle... though i will be in a van with a futon, two blankets and a double duvet, so it might be overkill...

Hotwater bottle! Genius Idea.
I have extra warm sleepingbag, sleepingbag liner, blankets, lots clothes...and now hotwater bottle. I'm prepared for the predicted -3 degrees nights...

This all sounds far too cold. its 37 degrees here right now and has been for the past month, think im gonna spend most of the convention wrapped in a large blanket.

no worries - took the initiative and googled it all
got maps and everything! thanks though cant wait- except for the cold, but i'll bring lots of blankets and snuggle up
dunno how much spinning i'll be able to do though - my arm is still healing from cracking it at the nottm convention i may be doing a lot of balloon modelling this year!! see you all there! Thoughts arrive like butterflies...

i fell off a snake-board....silly me!
and yeh i should've gone to the hospital, after all it was only across the road! on the other hand it was a sat night and i wouldn't have got seen until the morning anyway - i figured i may as well get a comfy night sleep in my bed and go in the morning. it's not too bad - it's out the splint, but i cant put weight on it

AARGH! I forgot to finalise some things about workshops!
OK, Durbs isn't coming anymore, so if there's anyone who could be coerced into doing a workshop in either moonwalking or whipcatches I would love them forever.
Also, if anyone fancies teaching hyperloops or thread the needle then I'd love them too.
Let me know if anyone's interested.

Err I could probably be coerced into doing the Hyperloops one.
But I can only teach what I can do. No Infinites or atomics...
I've done one before at play and think I could manage it. Will have a think...

If nobody else steps up for the thread the needle I could make the theme of my int/adv club swinging be thread the neeedle and variations (since I haven't decided what the theme of it will be yet...), but since I'm already down for 3 workshops I'm not volunteering to take that one on seperately too...
