Its a common, and widely used web filtering software used by work places, schools and places like that to stop people from viewing certain types of sites.
Chat, games and "bypassing proxies" are ones that it has blocked for me today..eek

Not surprising it's blocked. A lot of the adverts on the site are for the kind of things that install web toolbars and other spyware (if you check the terms and conditions).

You aren't thinking or really existing unless you're willing to risk even your own sanity in the judgment of your existence.

It's well hard
