I have been doing poi for 2years now although im kind of a beginner with fire. I have recently bought rainbow led sock poi, which are wonderful. But im now i'd like to learn how to get the hang of the distaff & broaden my horizons
My question for the experts is whats the easiest way to hold & learn the staff, other than the obvious "practise practise practise"
