Posted:Hello, hello and welcome to the all-new, shiny thread for fire dancers, spinners, object manipulators, drummers, musicians and anyone else interested in these arts anywhere in Ireland.

Our community started coming together a few years ago, and it's grown to include people from all over the country...

If you are new to poi or staff or spinning stuff and want to meet up with any of the Irish spinners, please post in this thread, introduce yourself and feel free to come along to the workshops, gatherings or events that get talked about.

Also, if you'd like to be on my mailing list for fire gatherings and other juggling events, please PM me your email address and I'll add it. The fire gathering takes place fortnightly in Belfast, but it's one way to keep in touch with everyone.

So welcome, and hope to see you soon wave

Posted:Hi Audio Allies and welcome smile

Plenty of spinners around Dublin...but are you looking for them for gigs, or because you're spinners and want to hang out with more spinners?

It's all good, just wasn't sure from your post,

Am currently doing a project on fire spinners and i was wondering if any of you could tell me when and where there are any gigs on in the Dublin area or if any of you would be willing to meet up with me personally and let me photograph you?

Any help or information would be really really appreciated!

Posted:Hello fire spinners in Ireland.I represent a group of firespinners from Eastern Europe and we have a performance coming up in Dublin. I have a question for you. What is best place to get fluid for spinning tools? What are the best and worst brands of fireflued in your country and how dificult it is to buy their produce? We will be flying by plane, so we cant take our fluid with us. Please reply me here or send me an email to karas@viduramziai.lt

Posted:Parrafin is what you're looking for. You can buy it from certain petrol stations. They have to have a license to sell it, so only certain ones will have it.
Good Luck smile
