for me i just dont wanna smell of b.o., so all i need is a bit of deoderant and im set.

my plans for today consist of playing guitar with my friend james to get ready for tonight, a bit of unicycling, a good amount of food, then playing tonight in the bar.

whats your cousins name? i may know him/her. or atleast someone i know might know them.

maths isnt so bad, all you gotta do is understand what your doing and why your doing it and then you can make up your own equations and such.

My cousins name is Fee (short for Fiach), he's is the drummer for Swing Youth / Fiddlesticks and about 4 other bands lol!

hope your gig goes well biggrin

the thing about maths is I know stuff
but i stress out in exams, which means i forget stuff frown its the only exam i do it in, cos so much is riding on me passing maths and I find it hard enough already!

the gig went ok, we fidged up one song, but on the whole i was happy enough with it.

ive heard the fiddlesticks play, they were in my college playing a while ago i think.

You prob have heard em play, they've played almost everywhere, personally I prefer Swing Youth (or the nobodies as they used to be called) cos its Ska/regge, and good to bop too!

What a lovely day, i tried to convince some friends to go to the park, but alas I failed, and we shall go tomorrow, equiped with frisbees, footballs and I'll prob bring my poi too ^_^ (I'm so close to getting the corkscrew!! I blame the wind! *nods* yup, i do!)

what have you been up to this glorious good friday?

I'm doing maths and physics in revision
the maths revision course was good physics...not so.
for some reason i can't get my head around physics (electricity mainly) .....theres approx 3 formulas per chapter (sometimes 5) and theres 30+ chapters in my book. HOW anyway is meant to learn this stuff is beyond me. (well my sis did it...cos she did a physics degree...but still!!)

The rest of my time is spent lazing about or watching anime. I looking forward to school, cos i can get my german and irish orals OUT OF THE WAY!!! german is this tue/wed .... I'm actually kinda looking forward to it. I like speaking german. It's the Irish orals i can't stand *shudders*

forgive my ranting ^_^''

why is college no fun? oooooh....finals are coming up right? within the next month. yeah my sis is doing finals too...

and im back in college. its so empty. i sat in the students union area for about 4 hours with nobody else around, nobody, just me, the pool table and my poi.

so what time are you orals at? you reckon youl be ok for them? dont worry about the irish one, if your smart about it and have a slow inspector person then you can vear the conversation away from anything hard and keep it to the easy stuff. thats the only reason i passed.

yeah i remember doing physics, if you get a vague idea whats going on itl make it so much easier to learn the formulas. itl be grand, and again if i can pass, so can you.

yeah my exams start in two weeks, which sucks but im not as bad off as i thought i was so im happy enough going into it.

im asuming your not going to juggling tonight? its on from 5 till 7ish, i have to run off and go to my friends gig in dorans so i cant stay late.

people were studying at home i guess, something i should be doing, but hey that would be so out of character it may scare people.

how do you reckon the oral went? im sure your well glad to get it out of the way now at this stage, it must be so relieving. when do you have the irish one?

i cant wait for the summer when i can spend the whole time spinning and hanging with friends, obviously when im not trying to make a living busking, which so aint gonna work but i wanna try.

i hope your having a good week and that the orals havent given you too much stress and such, but you seem very level headed which is good, itl work in your favour for the exams.

I'd say my oral went well ^_^ the examine seemed happy with me biggrin
My Irish one is.....nxt Wednesday (I'm 3rd or 4th in line O_O!!)

I'm not looking forward to finding a job, I better start soon tho....can't live off my parents forever.

I was kinda nervous, but I spent the morning with my head in a pot of lavander (tho my mum says that might not have been best idea, i don't think you're meant to inhale that much lavander at a time) ..... oh well... I remained realitively calm ^_^

Level headed eh? groovy ^_^ not sure my freinds would agree ("SHE'S CRAZY!!!"), but thx, thats a really nice compliment. Hoepfully I'll stay that way biggrin

im sure your looking forward to having that irish oral out of the way, and i think its much better to have youself in early, gives you less time to work up a stress.and you catch the examiner before they get too pissed off with having idiots speaking broken language to them all day.

where would you like to get a job? victoria wants to get a job, but hasnt really put in any effort yet. but yeah its good to not live off the parents, they give you enough as it is.

And yes i am looking forward to getting this irish oral over ^_^ I got a B1 in a mock yesterday....thats a positive biggrin

nice job on getting the b1, that aint easy, cutos. just keep working hard and youl do even beter in the real one.

bar work can be good money, but only if you get tips. my friend worked in a bar before and they didnt even get minimum wage, so unless you get tips its can be awful pay. and would you really wanna work with a load of drunk people?

forbidden planet i think were looking for people a short while ago, but i dont know if they are still looking, you may get lucky. but there is a good few other comic shops that you could try aswell.

youl be so proud of me, i started studying today, i did a whole hour. i reckon thatl do me for the exams!! what do you think?

hmmm a whole hour? good on ya, s'better than i've done ^_^;

I might email Forbidden Planet and see what happens....where else is there *ponderS* Sub City, 3rd Place and that one on Crow corner....tho i think that one specialises in 2nd hand stuff and model building.

I definately don't wanna work around drunk people. My bf suggested behind the scenes work....but i'm not a dish washer lol, and I don't get tips in the kitchens...so....nah lol

Least if I work in FP i might end up passing you busking while on my way to work ^_^

ooo I could try the Xtra-vision in my area too...that'd be handy ^_^
