Hi to all you twirlers and HoP lovers!
I'm Malcolm's latest addition to the HoP family with my first day of work here at HoP today (Mon 16th Oct 06) and I see lots of fun ahead (as well as a huge learning curve)! I am totally new to poi so I hope I don't make too many dumb comments!
A bit about me then:
George McNeur, male, age... "enough"!
Family: wife Heather, 3 boys 12, 13, & 15.
Location - Christchurch, NZ.
working career: Electronics Engineering - 15yrs RNZAF, 6 yrs in Test/Manufacturing and 6.5 yrs network products R&D.

Doc works??!!
Doc, my foot story is very sad. I broked it. I tripped during an attack and landed on the hard wooden floor on the outer edge of said leg end at full speed. Yup, that'll do it.
Got the X-Ray at home over the weekend in fact. Maybe I should scan it and upload it...
Anyway, said injury happened the night before "the" big weekend - seminar and grading test with visiting japanese sensei. So I carried on and graded on it despite it being all "ouchy". THe hotel staff wondered why I had my foot in the wine cooling ice silver vase thingo!!
but all is better now. Apparantly...

Foot is all better a few months ago - those fellas (i.e. Meesta Brenn) are working off old news. Broke it way back at the start of Feb and 4-6 weeks later they reckoned was all it would take to mend.
So are you still famous from being filmed in the park however long ago that was??
