Hi all you beautiful spinning people!!!
After all this time living anonymously amongst you, I finally felt the urge to introduce myself.
I live in the beautiful coastal city of Ostende in Belgium
I was born on the 10th of October 1975
I'm currently a ppl manager in an interim agency, but I'm a journalist and writer at heart.
I'd kill for Thai food, but my all time favourite has to be eating grey shrimp accompagnied by a freshly served Rodenbach on a terras in the sun.

Good news though: I have a new pet spider. I'm quite sure it's a she, she's a bit stubborn, and tiny. I've named her Angela. She lives on my bathroom mirror, you know the small ones you can turn so they're cosmetic mirrors? She's got a tiny net there, and a thread to move up and down on. I'm happy
Hope the flatmate doesn't see her and "clean" her!!

I've had an absolutely dreadfull weekend. I've been working and on saturday I had 35 ! ! no-shows. Try and explain to a catering company that only half their interim waiters will be there...
Some of my waiters did better. I was reconfirming everybody and 4 ppl managed to say that they would be there and didn't show up.
Anybody know any evil spells to make bodyparts shrivel and fall off? Or to give ppl bad breath or other uncomfortable things?
I actually feel down. It's now day 15 without stopping. Last weekend I worked from 07.00 AM 'till 10.00 PM on sat and sun. I want to take a loooooong bath and I really really would like :

I've not been working, I've been playing with freshers at juggling, and seen movies, and spent lots of time with my friends, and guess what, I'm really unhappy today
I feel like I want to move on and Edinburgh's a bit of a dead end for me, but I'll have to stay here to finish that PhD thing.

yup, got loads of those I-dont-belong-anywhere days. And am lovely aggressive today, too. Today an intern started and someone (I know who it was) had the lovely idea to place her in our room. Which makes five persons in that room now. And the deadline is just coming closer and closer. Plus a guy I've had a ONS with and am e-mail-flirting with since then told me that he's been seeing other girls all along. Nothing wrong with that, but he doesn't need to rub it under my nose, does he? Makes me feel like a slut.

I think you don't need to worry about your self esteem. If you can play with boys that easily that means that you are one cool chick, furthermore if you were a guy it would mean that most of the other testosterone freaks would consider you a hero.
