Since I'm generally really bad at introducing myself, I'll just babble for a bit.
I did use the instructions on this site to make a homemade set of Poi til I can afford to get the fluffy ones. Yoinked my cat's tennis balls for them even. Now the fun part is figuring out how to swing them without sending them flying off my hands. Or through a window. I plan on being able to use the fire part of it eventually. Yanno. Without setting myself ablaze.
I've never done fire dancing before, but it does look amazing and enjoyable. And, I think that's enough nervous babble for now.
