Hi, this is just a very short intro post, I've just joined the forum after buying some poi at Woodford Folk Festival and now want to find out how to twirl them without smacking myself in the head too much! I really want to twirl fire, and my friend promised me some fire-poi for my birthday in May if I can prove by then that I won't set myself or anything else on fire smile

I live in Sydney and would like to find out if there are any groups where I could get some hands-on help or just join in with other twirlers and learn more...

Cheers
Tam

My state of mind is not yours to define!

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

Hello wave welcome to the nut house hug

A couple of balls short of a full cascade... or maybe a few cards short of a deck... we'll see how this all fans out.
