Bellydancing and Firedancing are the two most beautiful expressions of life (in my opinion). I fell in love with tribal belly dance and my hips started bouncing and I became truley obsessed with the style and the culture. Fire dancing has always been amazing, inspiring, and just all around [censored] awesome. So I decided hey, why not fuse them together. Fire Fusion. So I started working on it bit by bit. My friend Ruby came to my house one day and she shared my vision. She did her backbend with the weave (something I've always done, just never realized it was a bellydance fusion!) and figure eights with her hips while doing the butterfly. I was practicing the basics, combining a few moves here and there. My hip isolations were sloppy and my planes were all out of balance. I focused on one move at a time. Figure eights with figure eights and it became easy. I learned the true meaning of isolating and well, my cordination began to improve. I am really excited with this fusion.
