today i've found out that i'm a big joke.
what do you do when you find out your not loved by someone the way led you to think you was.
i've just cried all day.
i wont go into detail as i dont want to hurt someone by posting this but i just feel like a prat for opening my heart to some one.
any advice?

sorry i'm not great at the advice thing but i'll say a few things.
Don't feel silly for opening your heart to someone. Whatever you do, don't let it stop you from opening your heart to someone else one day.
Time is a great healer, which is a pain when all you want to do is stop hurting now, but it does get easier

You should never feel silly for being open and honest about how you feel - there are too few people willing to say what's really going on for them, and by not being honest you'll cause far more problems than telling people how things truly are.
Anyone who can't see the value of that doesn't deserve the gift you gave them.

Really good on you for being honest in the first place. That's a really great thing to do even if the someone who you went for dosen't give back the sentiment. The rest here are dead right, don't get jaded, love's a wonderous thing allover.

To make me feel better when i have been down, (which i have been a bit recently, which is neither here nor there) is to cry, write a long letter to someone who you feel is responsible (in this case - this fella) then do something that makes you feel good, like spinning, reading a book, watching a film... then in the morning you throw away the letter. I feel like it clears my head a little. Acts a little like those worry dolls, by writing it all down, you see more sense, and the pain/stress/depression ebb away a little.

Is hard isnt it lauz I just lost someone and its really painfull. You think you know someone and you think they have too love you as much as you love them too, the way they kiss you and hold you close and whisper in your ear how much your loved, but then one day out of the blue everything just stops and its like your in limbo. You dunno weather to keep trying and everything will hopefully go right and you will look back and laugh together, or move on and accept that you'll never get them back, but how can you do that?
You felt miserable and in pain when you didnt know for sure, surly you will feel worse when you know there isnt a chance anymore, you start to hate the person for putting you through this then you feel guilty about hateing them afterwards because you cant just throw away your feelings. My first experiance of love and this is how it turns out
It takes a long time for feelings to change but they do eventualy, there not better for me yet but I can see im at least starting to move on, its best to comfront the feelings and not try to hide from them or surpress them by keeping your day busy, because otherwise they will only hit you in bed at night and thats all you will be able to think about.and you wont even get any sleep an you'll be miserable.
Theres hope for everyone you just have to let yourslef feel the way you need to feel sometimes even if it hurts but its better to grit your teeth and ride it out otherwise you just pro-long it

This may sting a little to tell you, but you will get hurt again. Fact of life unfortunately. But do you learn from it and appreciate the good, or do you shrink back. First instinct is to shrink back,but please, dont do it, you have such a beautiful little heart that shines through your smile, and the real tragedy would be to deprive the world of that.
One thing to be aware of ,is that just because somebody doesnt love you the way you want them to, does not mean that they dont love you at all.You are still young and love, in all shapes and forms is what makes life worth living.
So "never frown, even when you are sad because you never know who may be falling inlove with your smile"
