Just a quick post to thank Dunc for his teaching skills yesterday and introducing me to the wonderful world of contact poi! biggrin I shall be making myself a set ASAP!

Much fun was had by all who attended the Nuneaton meet and I personally learnt a lot including those elusive hyperloops!!! biggrin biggrin Big thanks to Mel aka Gothfroggette for arranging and hosting the day. hug Also extra thanks again to Dunc for dishing out lots of sets of fire proof kevlar arm guards for all of us who were spinning fire that night even though he could not stay that late to play with us! They were invaluable as we could finally do arm wraps without fear! biggrin

Laters and hug to all those who were there.

Nothing is easy.......until you can do it! biggrin
