Just realised I don't actually have an introduction thread sooo..

Someone's gonna get a friggin bargain coz I need to sell ASAP as long as it covers what I need it to cover.

I have figured out a way to clear ALL 5 of my debts to improve my credit with 1 loan which is lower than the total amount (to improve my credit score..sneaky eh) I will be left with 2 payments instead of 5!!!
then i can re-finance again in 6 months when my mortgage arrears are off record and clear them all properly with a re-mortgage / sale of house.
I will of course still have debts but by using 1 to pay off all the others then do a balance transfer to get 0% interest for 6 months (ta for the idea screech ) I should be able to get my head above water. 2 payments and 1 interest free.
Should never have taken a job that paid half of my old job, I'm financial screwed but VERY happy
Bless my parents they are giving me a mortgage payment each for my x-mas and birthday presents combined 
And have applied for a new job miles from where I live (where my parents live) but for £10,000 a year more money
and the scariest thing is....I'm actually qualified to do it so the extra cash should more than pay for the commuting.
I said I would come and see you Tink and at this rate I will before next summer not soon enough but I WILL do it.
And same for Yoni.

drivers have it easy they can just get off when their times up. it was us poor buggers that had to deal with all the problems caused by drivers deciding they were not taking a train upcountry coz they wouldn't be home in time for tea. and they were allowed I had to reschedule cargo when trains were late or cancelled. I want to be in their union

They have a bridge conveniently places just up the road going over the train tracks.......very depressed people...short walk...high bridge...fast train...SPLAT!
