i myself love omelettes and eat them all the time but when i make them for myself i always add cheese and curry powder which i think makes them taste loads better. and i never use milk.
how do you make your perfect omelete (be as detailed as you like)

My omlette has cheese, milk , fresh garlic, green and red peppers (Bell peppers), onions, sea salt and pepper and butter. Maybe a little salsa on the side when I am all done smile

Chutney? Whats this about chutney?? smile

Erm- lots of pepper in the egg, fry up small bits of bacon in a pan first then add the egg to set around the bacon- seal the top under grill and then grill cheese onto that and serve smile

Several Hoppers experienced this delight but a few nights ago biggrin

i'll have to try them all (possibly all at once)
a great thing to add is mexicana cheese which has chillis in it already.
or just use all the sorts of cheese you can find all at once although you have to balance it out with more eggs
