If anyone is in the area, we will be having a small pre-fair party at my house tonight. Feel free to come along and chill out! We'll be getting some nice food and drinks in, and we can provide anything else you might want to relax
Oh, and we will be making about 70 staffs for Play...so you'll all be in a production line and you can't leave until they are all done! Hahah!
Seriously though, come and hang out, we won't make you work too hard

Hey is anyone from Diss.. Or near there..??
Thought I’d get straight to the point… I’m new to the area, have just done my 1st burn with staff and also with poi
and am looking for others to show me the way of fiery goodness .I apologise for not reading all the links but I only have internet at work and the bugger keep a close eye on me
so I have to be sneaky. Any info on local meets would be great. Also were the hell can I get paraffin in Diss, I ride a little motorbike and am not feeling so keen on stowing it in my top box to get it home – again advice appreciated.

Hey there Porkpoi.... nice to see another person in the Cambs thread... never been to Diss before but paraffin can be found at any hardware store .. . . If you are ever in Cambs there is CamCircus on sundays and people are always happy to meet up . . . esp with the weather being sooo great....
Its hot today in Cambs . . . I think someone needs to have a BBQ . . .

Hi i have not long started spinning poi, and i wanted to know if there is any groups/gatherings around the King's Lynn area where i can pick stuff up! I have tried learning using the net but it much easier to do by watching sum 1 else!

Hey there, do you guys still meet on sundays sometime? I've finished my AS exams now so have got loads of free time and wanna get back into spinning. Are there many staffers in cambrdige btw? Just wondering because it seems that everyone does poi instead....? maybe im wrong?

course there are staffers in cambridge: you just have to look a bit harder for them
there's Tom, Matt, Me (although I'm quite a beginner) and there's a bunch of other dudes somewhere.. However we'll all be at PLAY so why don't you come there and spend a few days camping and getting into spinning? Because ActiveAngel sounds like a feminine deodorant

I can't believe there are sooo many of u guys so near! I'm so glad. I went to the strawberry fair a little while ago and couldnt believe there were so many poi and staff spinning around the place...its quite nice to know ur not on ur own!
I'm from a really, really small village not to far from Haverhill...any of u know Haverhill?

Ah wish i could but am skint and am going to Norway next thurusday. And ye i spotted a nice firetoys stall. If you were watching the news me and my two mates were on it staffing
that was pretty funny.Oh and yea i've heard of haverhill, do you know where melbourn is, that's where my abode is
